Pocotsí bufferzoneproject re-visited

This is the paper I produced together with Anna for my masters.

Initially, we had decided in Bangkok airport that we wanted to write our masters together, and that we wanted to go someplace nice. Costa Rica fitted the description, and one of us remembered that a Danish NGO (Nepenthes) had made a project in the Eastern part of the country. That made us wonder how the project was doing now the money had stopped pouring in.

We talked to our councilor, and he was very interested in getting us to do a post-project evaluation (PPE) as not that many PPE's have been made.

Nepenthes was initially very kind, and supplied us with a ton of information, all in Spanish. So I started Spanish class in order to brush up on my rather meager Spanish skills. The more we dug, the more questions we came up with, and so we went to Costa Rica for three months in order to get some answers to at least some of the questions.

The subsequent report answers some, but unfortunately not all of our questions
